Enterprise AI Transformation Architect

You will lead our most strategic architecture engagements with marquee customers at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation.

  • Serve as a key partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
  • Lead architectural modernization efforts bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
  • Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows automate decision-making and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
  • Cultivate and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers system integrators (SIs) and ISVs to share best practices patterns and platform innovation.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap based on real-world enterprise needs.

As a seasoned architect you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy for large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and technologies including AI machine learning and data management.
  • Design and implement scalable architectures for high-performance applications and workflows.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business goals and objectives and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
