Senior Lead, Corporate Communications Specialist

At the heart of every successful business lies effective communication. As a senior communications professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Airbnb's narrative and conveying its values to the world.
The team must be able to break down complex issues into simple, easy-to-understand language, while maintaining a consistent brand voice across different regions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert comms consultancy to regional teams
- Cascading important global and regional policy updates to stakeholders
- Developing and implementing strategies to educate internal and external stakeholders about the global policy narrative
- Collaborating with campaign strategists to localize messaging for regions and geos
- Helping drive and consult on strategic communications plans for proactive campaigns
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in leading corporate and policy communications initiatives involving trust, crisis, policy, and regulatory matters.
You should possess excellent writing skills, fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, and experience working on projects in a fast-paced environment.
