Senior HR Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and passionate professional to shape the future of our organization's human resources capabilities. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in implementing and troubleshooting SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, People Analytics, or Integration.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a Senior HR Solutions Specialist, you'll collaborate with global teams across HR and IT within an agile methodology to optimize HR processes and deliver tailored solutions, while managing projects and ongoing support for seamless integration.

You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions. Your strong HR process knowledge will enable you to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
