Linux Field Engineering Manager Role

Embark on a challenging role as an Embedded Linux Engineering Manager where you will lead and develop a team of engineers to drive technical excellence. Your key responsibilities include solving customer problems by promoting our technologies, working remotely in a single major time zone, and representing your team and product to stakeholders and customers.
Requirements:- Exceptional academic record from both high school and university
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Extensive experience in embedded Linux - Yocto or other
- Strong knowledge of Linux - Debian or Ubuntu preferred
- Fluency in Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust
- Proven ability to manage a small team
- Experience with customer engagements
- Professional written and spoken English
As an Embedded Linux Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices, identify and measure team health indicators, implement disciplined engineering processes, and plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects.
