Job Description:

Dental professionals seeking to collaborate with a leading oral care company are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity. As a Dental Product Promoter, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with dentists and promoting our range of products in their offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit dental practices to showcase our hygiene and professional product lines, providing technical and scientific information to support their use.
  • Conduct research on dentist preferences and behavior to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Directly responsible for the sale of custom and electric toothbrushes, as well as our professional product line in dental offices.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with dentists, encouraging them to prescribe and recommend our products.
  • Increase demand for Colgate products in pharmacies where consultants visit regularly.
  • Develop strategies to achieve high prescription rates from dentists and promote pharmacy discount coupons through partner networks.
  • Visits to pharmacies to drive sales of underperforming Colgate products.
  • Active participation in the transformation of the area with planning, analytics, and business attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising or Dentistry.
  • Desirable experience in commercial activities focused on sales, customer service, and demand/prescription generation for products.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Office Package and Google tools (Excel and Google Sheets required).
  • Basic or intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
