Lead Research Scientist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for chemistry and engineering? Do you have experience in laboratory testing, instrument calibration, and experiment design?

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, adjusting and calibrating instruments, and researching new methods to improve our production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. They will also possess excellent project management skills, resource management skills, oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis
- Adjust and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and precision
- Research new methods to improve production processes
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and optimize results
- Lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
- Gather estimates of the cost of production and monitor performance metrics
- Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
