Contribuições para o Desafio:

Supervisionar a movimentação de mercadorias, administrar inventários e elaborar táticas logísticas; controlar despesas e liderar a equipe de logística; garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança e manter registros detalhados.

Atividades Diárias:

  • Supervisionar a expedição dos produtos acabados, assegurando que os prazos de entrega sejam cumpridos;
  • Gerenciar os níveis de inventário, colaborando com a área de produção;
  • Planejar a produção e controle, desenvolvendo táticas logísticas eficazes e organizando a capacidade e os recursos necessários para atender às demandas;
  • Monitorar e controlar os custos logísticos, implementando estratégias para aumentar a rentabilidade;
  • Gerenciar a equipe de logística, distribuindo tarefas, avaliando o desempenho e promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e produtivo;
  • Assegurar a documentação e conformidade, garantindo que as operações estejam em conformidade com regulamentações e normas de segurança, mantendo registros precisos e elaborando relatórios.

Requisitos para Candidatura:

  • Formação em Administração, Logística ou áreas afins;
  • Conhecimento em sistema TOTVS;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office - Nível Avançado;
  • Habilidades analíticas, proatividade, organização, negociação, liderança, autogestão e autonomia.
