Expert IT Recruiter For Relocation Roles

The role involves identifying skilled engineers willing to relocate to Sweden, promoting the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and coordinating relocation logistics.
Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. This position requires a strong network of local engineering talent within IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Recruit IT professionals for our clients.
- Promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates.
- Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment cycles.
- Coordinate with global recruiters and teams to facilitate relocation.
This is a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months), flexible working hours, overtime compensation, and a competitive remuneration package starting at 1200 USD per month.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
- Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to find the best solutions.
- High-quality standards and strong brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
- Upper intermediate English proficiency.
- Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
