Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us find skilled engineers ready to relocate to Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a global team of recruiters to support relocation and on-boarding.

Our clients are in various fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

  • Find engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
  • Partner with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and related fields.
Required Competence
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and outstaffing/outsourcing principles.
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical and well-organized individual with attention to detail.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent with ability to handle rejection.
  • Passionate about success and achieving results.
  • Responsive and responsible with appropriate representation.
