We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Sous Chef/Kitchen Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Asian cuisine and want to develop their skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.
About the Role- As a Sous Chef/Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- You will maintain high kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with daily prep and stock control to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours to meet customer demands.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit by being proactive and supportive of your colleagues.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in Asian food preparation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills (English or Norwegian).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
