Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market (GTM) and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent, targeting both passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers as a talent acquisition business partner, ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and their goals.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, preferably within the tech industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four plus years of recruiting experience, with at least one year in GTM or sales recruiting within a fast-paced software or technology environment.
