Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve coordinating transportation, monitoring performance, and optimizing routing to minimize costs.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

• Schedule and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor transportation providers' performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Optimize routing and logistics to minimize costs.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including maintaining communication with warehouse teams, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage the billing process, verify invoice accuracy, and resolve billing issues.
• Address customer complaints related to logistics and supply chain services promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Create and maintain data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quality knowledge: familiarity with quality control processes and standards within logistics and supply chain operations (ISO 9000, 14000, IATF, etc.).
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in creating macros, robots, custom code, and data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) would be beneficial.
