Transportation Coordinator

This role is responsible for streamlining transportation, warehouse operations, and logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and coordinating transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring performance, and optimizing routing to minimize costs.
• Maintaining regular communication with warehouse teams, conducting audits, and collaborating to resolve discrepancies.
• Overseeing receipt and inspection of materials, coordinating storage and retrieval, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Managing the billing process, verifying accuracy and completeness, and resolving discrepancies.
• Addressing customer complaints related to logistics and supply chain services promptly and professionally.
• Developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Creating and maintaining data dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamline decision-making processes.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations, promoting safety by maintaining compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.

Candidate must have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Certification in supply chain management is beneficial. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial. Fluency in English is necessary, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
