Logistics Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the coordination and execution of logistics activities to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods from production to delivery. This includes scheduling and coordinating transportation, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee warehouse operations, manage billing and invoicing, resolve customer complaints, develop automation processes, create data dashboards, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Schedule and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor transportation providers' performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Optimize routing and logistics to minimize costs.
• Maintain regular communication with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
• Conduct audits and reviews of inventory levels and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouses to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversight of material storage and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Billing and Invoicing: Manage the billing process, verify accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain records of invoices and payments.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints related to logistics and supply chain services promptly and professionally.
• Investigate the root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Automation Processes: Develop and implement automation solutions such as macros, robots, and custom code to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities for processing automation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
• Dashboard Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate to visualize KPIs and streamline decision-making processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of dashboard data and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard development.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Quality knowledge: familiarity with quality control processes and standards within logistics and supply chain operations (ISO 9000, 14000, IATF, etc.). Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications is also required. Experience in creating macros, robots, custom code, and data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate is an asset. Detail-oriented and highly organized individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously are encouraged to apply. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) would be beneficial.

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
