Warehouse Operations Support Role

This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Duties:
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering calls and managing files.
  • Create reports and presentations to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Prepare information for distribution within the organization.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required by business needs.
  • Provide temporary support in other departments during periods of high demand or staff absence.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in office support roles.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with problem-solving and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with data entry procedures.

Note: This role requires a strong understanding of basic administrative principles and an ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
