This is a key position within the organization responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Warehouse Assistant will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
  • In addition to performing delivery management, the assistant will be responsible for inventory control, stockroom management, and releasing products to requesting departments.
  • Local purchasing activities may also be covered under this role as aligned with corporate procurement policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in warehousing and delivery management are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with implementing relevant management systems, such as EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC, is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and SAP is required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent team-player skills, customer-centric attitude, and innovative work approach.
