Job Opportunity: Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.

  • Control the inventory levels by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining records of all transactions.

This is a critical position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, shipment status, and product movements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
