Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory stock levels, coordinating shipments, and tracking lead times.

  • Support equipment purchasing and logistics
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Track lead times, ETA/ETD, and generate shortage reports
  • Assist in forecasting and managing local inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hardware Operations domain
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
