Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to join our Fulfilment Center's Inbound and Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team. Our centres handle highly dynamic inventory.

The right candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the centre.

  • Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies.
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work.
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive and support network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives.
  • Review and analyze customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
