Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams and championing safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating inventory control maintenance, random counts, and SOX compliance, while delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team.
  • Measuring quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy is crucial, along with conducting shift planning, forecasting, and effectively assigning and directing work.
  • The selected individual will identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions.
  • Driving network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives is also a key responsibility.
  • Reviewing and analyzing customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences is essential.
  • Promoting process improvements, developing team capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement are key aspects of the role.
  • Appraising team performance, providing tailored development, recognition, and coaching to unlock their full potential is a critical responsibility.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, is necessary.
  • The successful candidate must be able to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Experience in employee and performance management is required.
  • Performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience is also necessary.
