Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution and continuous monitoring of importation, procurement, and invoicing processes, guaranteeing SLA, regulatory, and contract compliance.

  • Coordinate the import process for finished goods, placebos, samples, and product launches, ensuring alignment with Brazilian and international partners to support the preparation of all necessary documentation.">
  • Ensure that import costs are aligned with negotiated values and carry out adjustments if needed.">
  • Conduct quotations, place purchase orders, and monitor the procurement of indirect supplies as well as low and medium complexity services.">
  • Responsible for executing and monitoring the entire daily invoicing process (schedules and controls) for customers' orders and returns, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level goals until product delivery to customers.">
  • Keep internal and external customers informed about stock issues, delivery dates, product arrival, and expiration dates.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations (importation and distribution), with demonstrated knowledge of customer service level requirements.">
  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong differentiator.">
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.">
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in meetings.">
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.">
