Job Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Professional will oversee the commercial supply chain within a specific region. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders to minimize forecast volatility, ensure uninterrupted supply to markets, and manage new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate purchase orders in compliance with distribution agreements.
  • Maintain accurate system prices.
  • Collaborate with distributors and commercial leads to maintain rolling commercial forecasts.
  • Minimize forecast variance through effective data analysis.
  • Onboard new distribution partners and set up new client shipping locations.
  • Manage new product introductions and collaborate with stakeholders on product/license withdrawals.
  • Chair weekly meetings with commercial leads to review open order books and escalations.
  • Analyze regional activity and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Run basic SAP reports and adhere to SOPs and GMP/GDP regulations.
  • Review, update, and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and route questions to appropriate resources.
  • Support regional distributor tenders and prepare regional data for S&OP meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Administrative skills specializing in order management, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance using well-defined procedures.
  • SAP expertise and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient English and intermediate Spanish.
