Job Title: Supply Chain Product Manager

About the Role:

The Automated Inventory Management team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead supply chain projects for LATAM based in Brazil.

This strategic role will pioneer the implementation of scalable solutions to enhance LATAM Supply Chain, focusing on optimizing processes and improving outputs considering those countries' specific challenges for Retail and Operations.

You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Amazon's supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

  • Work with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, driving requirements definition for system changes.
  • Own and develop an end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on customer experience, automation, and LATAM specificities.
  • Build and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability, Inventory Management, and Local in Stock at various business levels.
  • Lead product development for new solutions, tracking business and operations inputs, and understanding improvements required to achieve optimal results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
