Supply Chain Manager Leader

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced product leader to pioneer in Supply Chain initiatives for LATAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing scalable solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, focusing on optimizing processes and improving outputs considering those countries' specific challenges.

This strategic role will lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on customer experience, automation, and LATAM specificities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, driving requirements definition for system changes.
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on customer experience and LATAM specificities.
  • Build and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability, inventory management, and local in stock at various business levels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
