Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing an efficient supply of product according to customer needs.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain control and optimize inventory levels, focusing on franchise project inventory.
- Manage processes integrating manufacturing requirements in short- and long-term production plans.
- Lead Supply Review/STEM meetings with affiliates to communicate delivery updates and supply plans.
- Participate in new product launch projects, Phase In/Phase Out, and portfolio initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), Unit Fill Rate (UFR) Service Level, Plan Attainment, Gross Inventory, and Days-On-Supply (DOS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics with emphasis on foreign trade, logistics, or marketing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Planning.
- Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service.
