We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Culinary Specialist to join our team as an Assistant Buffet Garde Manger. This role will be part of our Galley team, working under the supervision of the Chef De Partie to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare high-quality food items following company and USPH standards
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times
  • Assist in receiving and storing food items from the storeroom
  • Participate in cleaning duties as requested by the Chef De Partie
  • Develop ice carving skills and assist in creating visually appealing displays
  • Attend meetings and safety drills as required by the ship's command

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum one year's experience in a high-volume professional culinary environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Fluency in conversational English and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow proper hygiene practices
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Over 21 years old or turning 21 within the next 6 months
