Lease Contract Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Lease Contract Specialist to manage lease documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify system entries related to deals, including commercial entries, concessions, lease terms, and relevant dates.
  • Check supporting documents from tenants, internal approvals, and special instructions that should be reflected in the lease.
  • Create lease drafts from the central contract management system, ensuring all details are reviewed and consistent with system entries.
  • Carefully review signed lease documents upon receipt, ensuring all relevant pages are properly signed.
  • Validate submitted payments according to lease terms and ensure alignment with signed lease.
  • Foster collaboration while working with other business units, such as Leasing, Finance, Retail Delivery, Mall Management, and Legal.
  • Maintain a standard naming and filing system, adhering to organizational standards.

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
