Global HR Director for Digital Nomad Teams

Our digital nomad teams live and work in countries such as Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia, and others. Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to ensure business unit goals are met;
- Manage staffing to ensure the right number of employees meet the company's satisfaction;
- Foster employee engagement and retention by creating a motivating work environment;
- Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations;
- Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with the HR function;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar HR BP/HRD position in an international digital/IT/product company;
- Able to implement and ensure the execution of basic employee lifecycle HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, performance evaluation, etc.
- Able to manage salaries and benefits budgets, turnover, employee engagement and loyalty, and provide measurable examples of impact on these indicators;
- Experience in coaching managers in direct reports or in the area of responsibility;
- A problem solver who can take responsibility;
- Motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives;
- Highly persistent, does not give up easily, and knows how to achieve results;
- Goal-oriented, thinks in terms of numbers, facts, and figures;
- Strong project management skills;
- Highly stress-resistant and able to work in situations of uncertainty and multitasking;
- Fluent in English and Russian;
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
- 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
- Bonuses up to $5,000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
- Full payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
- Corporate discount for English lessons;
- Health benefits: If you are not eligible for Corporate Medical Insurance, the company will compensate up to $1,000 gross per year per employee according to the paychecks. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor's fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
- Workplace organization: The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, chair, wifi, etc.) in the locations where we have offices or co-working. In other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room or on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
