Sr Business Analyst

We're looking for a highly skilled Sr Business Analyst to implement optimal Kronos solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies.

The ideal candidate will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. You will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and able to independently handle discussions with senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation.
  • Designing solutions that best fit customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Collaborating with offshore technical teams to build solutions and clarify queries.
  • Training core users of the customer.
  • Managing customer user acceptance tests.
  • Aligning with project managers to meet project milestones and ensure timely billing.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Mandatory experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to diverse customer base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
