Job Title: Facilities Support AssociateThis role requires an individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating pot-washing machinery, performing general cleaning tasks, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and company standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Hygiene: Operate pot-washing machinery, maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
  • Cleaning: Carry out general cleaning as directed, including sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying rubbish bins and boxes, and placing them in the correct containers
  • Kitchen and Back of House Areas: Ensure all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean, and all equipment within the kitchen area is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule
  • Health, Safety, and PPE: Ensure the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is in place, observe Health, Hygiene, and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances, and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
  • Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
