We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various channels, including Zendesk.
- You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve queries and analyze critical cases.
- Your primary goal is to ensure the best use of our products among our clients.
To achieve this, we require your expertise in customer service and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- International customer service through multiple channels;
- Customer support to maximize product utilization;
- Resolving queries and analyzing complex issues;
- Collaboration with internal teams to deliver outstanding results;
- Tech-related education or ongoing degree;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Availability for rotating shifts with flexible days off;
- Willingness to work 100% on-site in Porto Alegre;
- Strong affinity for customer-centric solutions.
- Familiarity with financial markets;
- Experience in technical support and customer services;
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar platforms.
