Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate how technical issues impact daily business processes from a business perspective, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage customer expectations according to established processes and procedures, delivering exceptional service.
  • Engage stakeholders to resolve critical customer cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customers with queries related to software download, user IDs, and license keys, providing timely support.
  • Help customers navigate the SAP support portal and make the most of SAP support resources.
  • Deliver information sessions to customers, internal colleagues, and SAP partners, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage critical customer escalations to final resolution, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekend and public holiday support activities, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
  • Provide feedback for future process improvement and engage with global counterparts on projects and key roles.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Systems, IT Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Fluent English language skills, enabling effective communication.
  • Intermediate Spanish skills or better (optional), showcasing linguistic ability.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with SAP products is desirable, highlighting technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of business processes is highly beneficial, indicating a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written), essential for building strong relationships.
  • Flexible and mature approach to work in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and leadership skills.
  • Serenity and ability to work under pressure (friendly manner), showcasing emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills, required for making informed decisions.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, highlighting interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in an IT support environment is highly beneficial, indicating technical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player, proactive, and solution-oriented individual, embodying the ideal candidate profile.
