Operations Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor shipments and track updates in logistics systems and operations.
  • Assist customers with shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance.
  • Provide customer service at the counter or on the phone, answering questions about products and services.
  • Carry out shipment preparation and updates to logistics systems.
  • Analyze operational reports (Scans, CEBS, EOPS).
  • Perform delivery routing and monitor couriers on route.
  • Check packages for proper labeling, legality of contents, and compliance with customs documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excel and Advanced Word skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • General administrative skills and computer knowledge.
  • Ability to lift 24 kg or more using appropriate equipment.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills.
