This role is for a skilled professional to lead tax implementation projects in Brazil, focusing on regulatory compliance and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of tax projects using the Taxrules platform, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including solution consultants, regulatory specialists, and product managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead weekly status meetings, maintain project documentation, and deliver concise progress reports.
- Proven experience managing tax technology or ERP-related projects in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and its application in automated systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with REST API integrations and tax content configuration.
- Background in consulting or professional services delivery.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing frameworks (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, NFcom) and tax reform impacts.
