Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing various procurement activities within the organization.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in procurement to contribute to the success of our procurement function. You will be responsible for leading and supporting vendor management, sourcing activities, contract administration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in procurement to support various procurement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Lead and support vendor management, sourcing activities, contract administration, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, including the procurement lifecycle, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Initial negotiation skills to support contract negotiations and achieve favorable terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot table usage.
  • Advanced English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Spanish language skills are an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and analytical mindset.
