The Regulatory Affairs Analyst will oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
This role requires expertise in interpreting regulations, responding to notices, assessing product compliance, and providing support for business decisions from a regulatory perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting regulations for payment methods;
- Responding to regulatory notices and inspections;
- Assessing the regulatory compliance of new products and services;
- Providing expert guidance on complex regulatory matters;
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in law or a related field, with relevant experience in regulatory compliance activities.
Additionally, fluency in English is essential, and experience working with payment institutions or exchanges is highly valued.
