Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow sales of probiotics and enzymes for poultry and swine.
- Manage distributors and provide direct customer support.
- Identify business opportunities and meet sales goals.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine or animal science.
- Experience in poultry nutrition and health.
- Proven sales and account management experience.
- Good knowledge of the regional poultry and swine market.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel (at least 50% of time).
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
