**Digital Transformation Strategist**: Drive the evolution of our Route to Market (RTM) models to deliver high service levels, cost-effectiveness, and top-line growth.

The Digital Transformation Strategist will lead the development and implementation of Phygital RTM models across 39 LATAM markets, serving 4.8 million customers through a 20,000-strong frontline sales force team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Phygital RTM frameworks from Order to Satisfaction, incorporating real-time analytics and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.
  • Developing new order-taking and order-generation models for flexibility and agility.
  • Deploying sales force capability-building programs to evolve roles from 'order takers' to 'business developers.'
  • Partnering with Supply Chain and Digital teams to develop and implement solutions that match customer expectations.
  • Leveraging Advanced Analytics and AI models to generate insights on sales force effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of Commercial Execution experience with strong skills in Route to Market, Innovative thinking, and Advanced working knowledge of Digital solutions.
  • Proven system knowledge, including RTM and Customer complexities.
  • Deep understanding of sales force standard operating routines, processes, compensation schemes, and metrics.
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills, ability to think from planning to execution, and solid system commercial and brand management.
  • Desirable: Proven Bottler experience.

  • Highly developed holistic thinking and business analytics skills.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
