Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Professional to join our team as a strategic business partner. In this role, you will provide vital support to our local HR team by fostering strong relationships with managers and employees.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Foster a collaborative work environment and build effective relationships with management and staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct talent acquisition, performance management, employment processing, compensation, training, development, records management, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Serve as an advisor and sparring partner to regional managers, supporting the day-to-day management of HR topics.
• Establish a robust network with HR Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with labor law.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience working in complex environments, identifying and resolving issues independently.
• Proactive thinker with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• A good understanding of organizational changes and experience in similar companies.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Intermediate Spanish language skills.
