Job Description

We're seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for crafting engaging video content that resonates with our brand's message.

Your expertise in visual storytelling, design principles, and audio integration will be essential in creating high-quality video content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, including social media edits, podcast episodes, and long-form cinematic content.
  • Develop and execute innovative video ideas, leveraging new formats and trends to drive engagement.
  • Enhance the visual appeal of videos by adjusting color, contrast, and brightness to achieve the desired aesthetic.
  • Create various formats of the same content to optimize it for different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Creating accessible content with closed captioning, voiceover, and overlay text.
  • Managing project files and assets for future edits or repurposing content.
  • Working efficiently under tight deadlines to meet project goals.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro + FCPX and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Media Encoder, After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with broadcast finishing workflows (mix, color, VFX, conform, online) and networked server environments.
  • Strong Motion Graphics/Graphic Design/Typography skills required.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills with the ability to manage deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
