  • Test and verify network stability
  • Provide configuration assistance and hands-on training
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and billing services

  • Technical expertise, particularly in troubleshooting and router knowledge
  • Background in customer service or project management
  • Excellent communication and typing skills in English
  • Previous staff experience in roles such as QA, trainer, supervisor, or team leader
