Strategic Connectivity Specialist

- Manage multi-carrier physical connectivity projects including MPLS, EVPL, IEPL, and submarine cable.
- Map physical topologies and supplier demarcation points for clear ownership boundaries.
- Coordinate and escalate with suppliers to drive accountability in complex delivery chains.
- Handle on-site execution challenges such as access, permits, and construction issues.
- Oversee cross-border or international deliveries, including licensing and multi-country coordination.
- Act as a trusted customer-facing representative to manage expectations and handle escalations.
- Proven track record in delivering leased line/data connectivity projects.
- Experience with MPLS backbone and local loop delivery, EVPL rollouts, or submarine cable projects.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills with conflict resolution abilities.
- Hands-on mindset willing to step in directly to resolve bottlenecks.
- Mid-sized WAN service providers or organizations managing third-party leased-line delivery.
- Cross-border connectivity projects and multi-carrier integrations.
- Roles such as Delivery Manager, Implementation Lead, Service Delivery Coordinator, or Carrier Manager.
