We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
About the RoleThe Strategic Planning Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, defining and implementing regional methodologies, and supporting report strategies related to IAM metrics. This role requires close collaboration with sales and product marketing teams to understand market needs and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify business opportunities in coverage and performance for IAM in CCA for Brazil
- Define and implement a regional methodology to calculate Coverage and performance in the IAM
- Support the report strategy related to IAM metrics
- Work closely with sales and product marketing team to understand market needs and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree required in business administration, economics, science, engineering or related fields
- Proficiency in English - intermediary
- Relevant prior business experience preferred
- Experience on aftersales automotive segment desirable
- Initiative and good interpersonal relationship
- Strong analytical skills, strategic and data-driven mindset
