We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze monthly results and identify key variances to inform senior leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with financial rigor.
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with compelling data storytelling.
About You:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
  • You have 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.
  • You are proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • You excel in communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • You are comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
