Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Review and analyze monthly financial statements to provide insights to senior management.">
  3. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business performance metrics.">
  4. Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools to support decision-making.">
  5. Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed.">
  6. Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.">
  7. Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and interact with other departments to understand the current scenario.">
  8. Prepare financial viability analysis of new investments.">
  9. Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans in collaboration with functional teams.">
  10. Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.">
  11. Prepare insightful financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.">
  12. Support investor relations activities, including preparation of quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations.">
  13. Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis processes.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Bachelor's Degree: We require a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Banking, or related roles.

Skills: We are looking for individuals with advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Additional Requirements: Knowledge of main financial statements, financial modeling, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
