About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Planning Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and development by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events and projects to enhance demand planning and forecasting accuracy
  • Lead Demand Review meetings for regional teams, ensuring accurate and timely data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and implement measures to improve forecast quality, working closely with sales and marketing teams
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of demand influencing projects and parameters
  • Maintain product lifecycle in APO DP and secure accurate demand planning for new products
  • Analyze forecast errors, root cause, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Translate volume plans into value, highlighting gaps between monetized demand planning and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams on gap-closing actions and facilitate sign-off of demand plans by accountable stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High analytical capabilities, with strong numerical skills
  • Excellent SAP, APO, and Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Effective communication skills across all levels and functions within the organization
