Operational Planning Role

We are seeking an Expert in Operational Planning and Supply Chain Optimization to join our team. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and capacity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop short-, medium-, and long-term operational plans to meet business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including equipment, labor, and materials.
  • Capacity Analysis: Monitor and analyze key operational capacity metrics such as efficiency, absenteeism, and turnover.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with suppliers to validate sales forecasts and ensure alignment with operational capacity.
  • Demand Distribution: Distribute demand among operations based on capacity, resources, and performance criteria.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Lead daily meetings with suppliers to align production plans and mitigate operational risks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage capacity utilization.
Requirements:
  • Experience in S&OP: Proven experience in S&OP and/or S&OE processes and supply chain planning.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English, with ability to communicate daily with international stakeholders.
  • Analytics Skills: Advanced knowledge in KPI management and analytics using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
