**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Operations Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced planning systems and tools to optimize client supply chains.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead process design activities and develop complete workflows
  • Analyze areas of improvement opportunities and collect data to provide decision support information
  • Design testing protocols and implement with support from junior analysts
  • Mentor junior analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics organization
  • Prior experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation
  • Firsthand experience using data science and associated software and programming technologies
