Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Connectivity Specialist to manage downstream marketing activities for our products and services in Latin America. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to coordinate project assignments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and develop market intelligence reporting documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services in Latin America, working closely with country-specific teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project assignments, communication, and project implementation across marketing and country-based teams, ensuring seamless coordination and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders related to assigned projects, assist or lead specific projects supporting the coordination of speakers' activities, medical education events, and programs at a country level.
  • Develop market intelligence reporting documents, perform deep market analysis, recommend market segmentation, targeting, and positioning at a country level and care areas level.
  • Define, recommend, develop, and assist or execute high-priority projects such as targeted audience identification, best venues for digital campaigns, branding, customer engagement, and lead generation in LATAM and at a country-specific level.
  • Track, document, and report statistics and results from each initiative implemented, managing leads within CRM systems.
  • Assist or manage sales & marketing events in LATAM and at a country-specific level, planning and implementing promotional activities efficiently.
  • Participate in product launch teams and support product launch activities, including pre-launch marketing and field activities, customer site planning and implementation, management of demos, samples, evaluations, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiently use desktop publishing programs such as Adobe InDesign, content management, and document control systems like Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle Agile PLM.
  • Prepare documentation for routing in document control systems and write/proofread documents as needed.
  • Support customer-specific solution development and implementation in hospital and home automation, coordinating with the sales department.
  • Demonstrate and provide user training on Masimo Automation solutions (hospital & home).
  • Develop/Enhance/Localize Automation training materials.
  • Act as the voice of the customer after sales, addressing customer satisfaction, change requests, and new feature requests.
  • Coordinate trainings for Masimo customers with Key stakeholders.
