Finance Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Specialist to join our team.
- This role provides critical support to the financial controllers and trading desks ensuring accurate and timely P&L, balance sheet, and month end close procedures.
- Assist with daily P&L reporting and month-end close processes.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to senior finance management.
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives.
- Drive coordination across various functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues.
- Serve as an analytical resource for product control.
- Handle ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
- At least 3 years experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in P&L and month end close process.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
